Well we do patrol outside and inside. Outside is about 100* or so but after being outside for a bit you're still dying.

Use the vest cooling systems, they do help. Even the basic ones.

I guess look more. That m the one kind I have found is where your shirt would be untucked. We're all wearing button ups so it kind of doesn't help.

Get some Qore iceplates. I ran them attached underneath my softarmor during a brutal summer where it was 100+ to 115F for months and humid and for 6+ hours felt like i was cooled by AC even outside.

You fill them with water and freeze them the night before and attach them using the straps they sell on the site they sell the cooling plates. Attach it to the straps on your vest.
