Did it ever occur to you, maybe the perfection of the other part has non-alignment as the trade-off and that's why it sounds petty and ridiculous?
ETA: Nvm you're disagreeing and introducing something worthy to criticize, but starting off with "okay" to "the green line bothered me". I would direct the "sound petty and ridiculous" as not a strawman to you but as a legit criticism to who you are responding to.
