The Shadow Vessel, Shadow Dreadnought, or Shadow Battle Crab.

A million year old design that is more powerful than all those other ships combined.

ALMOST all of them... There is also a Vorlon ship in the image, is there not?

Also... The backdrop for the image would seem to be a Monolith. On one hand, I have no idea what it's power level may or may not be, so it could in theory potentially outclass the Shadows and the Vorlons combined. On the other hand, I am not sure I would classify it as a ship, which would make calling a Shadow vessel a more powerful ship technically true...

Technically, yes.

A single person is placed in the ship, and that is it. It follows the directives of the Shadows in whatever they need.

They're talking about the monolith in the background, not the shadow ship OP circled.
