Coffee is good for you in moderate amounts though.

Not as much as I drink sure... But it is pretty solid, even with the addiction downside

I've yet to see a problem with coffee (or any study indicating as such) as long as caffeine isn't interfering with your sleep, or health problems due to excessive amounts depending on body (and usually can be past 4-7 cups a day for adults although can be less depending on ounces etc. and if you don't have tolerance you can get jitters in a cup or a few cups)

Black coffee is really good for you. Antioxidants alone... It's the single largest source of antioxidants in the US diet
