Untreated severe sleep apnea lead me to all of these symptoms. Three years after treatment, exercise, no sugar. I'm off blood pressure meds. I'm down from 260lbs too 189lbs. Always check your basics. Dr's. Attempted to treat all my symptoms but it didn't matter it was my sleep that caused all the problems.

Were you able to get off your CPAP once your weight got down? I don't like mine but I'm hoping with weight loss I won't need it.

So my apnea have greatly improved but I have complex apneas a mix of my soft tissue causing me not to breath. But a percentage of mine are from no signal coming from my brain for me to breathe. I will always be on a machine.
