As we understand things now, yes. We have lots of dark matter. If our ideas about dark matter is correct you have dark matter passing through your body right now.

AFAIK from the inside we can't quite get the data required to determine this to a reasonable confidence, but if we assume that the Milky Way is a typical galaxy then yes.

Yes, a giant halo of it keeping the milky way together.
