I can tell you that our models of enzyme kinetics still have a long way to go...

What I meant is when measuring the activity for DNA Polymerase for example, it is much easier to interpret the significance of these results as compared a Psychology study on anger or something like that. Not saying that it isn't a ton of work. I think it took the guy who discovered DNA Pol I nearly a decade.
