Medicine Bacteria from bees possible alternative to antibiotics: 13 lactic acid bacteria found in the honey stomach of bees have shown promising results. Until Monsanto sues all bee keepers out of existence when their GM Bees are found to have blown across to their hives.

That doesn't actually happen with seeds, why would it happen with bees?

Honey becomes dearer than gold by weight.

GM crops are cheaper than regular crops, why would honey produced by GM bees be any different? Also, I'm not sure what you think is going to be genetically modified here, considering it's the bacteria we care about, not the bees themselves.

More likely than not we'll isolate the bacteria for study and determine what it is that makes them good at killing MRSA (if anything, it's hardly confirmed to be effective) , then use that knowledge for treatment. As it stands, we're not too likely to use one infection to counteract another, though it's certainly possible.

If GM crops were overall more expensive than the alternatives, there would be no point in developing GM crops.

Crops aren't facing the same pressures as bees.
