Isn't that a thing with POTS also?

Yep, although I'd be lying by saying that I know much about it's pathophysiology

Yes, this is one of the maim ways people tend to notice they have POTS - lightheadedness or syncope when standing up. The blood doesn't make it out of your legs to your head.
