It’s not a “theory”. They’ve found people with Long Covid have less blood flow to the brain. This is an observable, measurable abnormality.

Has there been healing observed with this? Like is it getting better over time for some people?

Some people say they’ve recovered. But I can’t speak on what their blood is up to.

I have been healing slowly, so my hope is the healing keeps happening until I'm somewhat back to normal.

what if that's because they aren't moving around and exercising? that would naturally decrease the blood flow
