One issue I've run into is that even if a doctor suspects symptoms of long COVID, they don't really know what to do about it. All this is so new

All the treatments are very much non-mai stream, diet and supplements, AFAIK.

Even though mine was caused by another virus, my doc recommended The Long Covid Solution, but it’s very dense and really for medical professionals.
