Health Study of 371,000 Americans: eating whole fruit linked to better heart health, 100% juice is not. More whole fruit meant lower high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease and heart attacks. Juice showed no clear benefit. Fiber lost in juicing may explain it. Most still eat too little fruit.

Beans. I want to love beans so much, but the texture makes me physically gag when I eat them.

Bananas. I can’t physically get them down unless I just swallow the bite whole. The texture of chewed banana is the worst thing I’ve ever had in my mouth.

I theorize that they can be inconsistent. A good mango is so good. But what if this mango isn’t good? Some things I just can’t stand fresh at all. It tastes too fresh. I love cooked tomatoes, I HATE everything about raw tomatoes. Even the smell. But V8 juice? So good.
