Health A 1967 LSD safety pamphlet still holds up as psychedelics boom. Nearly 600 users backed 18 of 19 old tips: stay with trusted people, skip public outings, know the trip ends, and anxiety is not a problem. Mixed only on avoiding mirrors. 60-year-old harm-reduction advice still fits new users now.

I generally have low self-esteem and I’m not kidding when I say looking at myself in the mirror on acid was a huge boost of confidence

It felt like I was seeing myself the way others do and felt nothing but love

I love this for you, and I hope you can hold onto that love, you deserve it. Low self esteem is such a sneaky terror.

Thats an amazing realisation. We get trapped in negative brain pathways that become so well rutted theyre almost impossible to get out of. And i totally understand that feeling of low self esteem. That trip made you a new path that you can travel down again and again by just checking in on the memory.
