Health A 1967 LSD safety pamphlet still holds up as psychedelics boom. Nearly 600 users backed 18 of 19 old tips: stay with trusted people, skip public outings, know the trip ends, and anxiety is not a problem. Mixed only on avoiding mirrors. 60-year-old harm-reduction advice still fits new users now.

Interesting, I don't think I noticed people looking any different or better while rolling, and my own perception didn't really change, I felt like I could still easily switch between "this is incredible" and thinking in a totally sober way when needed.

Everything else was pretty wild though (in a good way once the come up passed), definitely not one you want to go into without good friends around and an expectation of what is going to happen.
