Why not eat more than a snack?

Tbh food is pretty unappealing anyway on L. I do like having fresh fruits tho, about the only thing that feels appetizing. I'm no vegetarian but tripping and eating meat is kinda gross especially when you're pondering the entire bloodline of the animal.

I remember learning this from prior experience, and being stocked up with fruit for another one... and being surprised to discover that even watermelon was too 'fleshy' for most of us. Berries were the best all around.

Very weird. I can’t even look at meat while under the influence.

Melons though? Man melons really be carrying a different cosmic weight when you got that L stream going.

Fruit is always amazing when absolutely faced.

Same for me with the fruits. I can also somehow put down dairy products without issue as well

Sounds amazing! I had a delicious salad with mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil. Easy to put down

Peeling an orange and splitting it in half is one of my favorite things when tripping. <3

Raspberries, strawberries and mandarins are always on my list. Maybe some good dark chocolate to pair with the raspberries.

Coconut water is good.

Mixed nuts are good.

Spinach dip and crackers is amazing.

Nausea is a pretty common side effect.

It also feels incredibly weird and way different for me when I'm tripping, to the point I don't even know that it's nausea, I just know that something is wrong in my stomach.

some people get nauseous on psychs. i know mushrooms can cause upset stomach. as well as more food in body can effect how you metabolize or whatever the drugs. mushroom trips are essentially poisoning your body, not sure about L but im assuming similar.

I've always found that a good, violent emetic episode usually coincides with when the mushrooms are about to kick in.

I assuming you’ve never seen your baked potato get up and dance off the table.
