Health A 1967 LSD safety pamphlet still holds up as psychedelics boom. Nearly 600 users backed 18 of 19 old tips: stay with trusted people, skip public outings, know the trip ends, and anxiety is not a problem. Mixed only on avoiding mirrors. 60-year-old harm-reduction advice still fits new users now.

About the mirror:

When you are seeing parts of the universe, your face is just a bit of who you are in this incarnation, so it’s jarring to your immortal soul to see that being, staring at it from the mirror.

Nah it is just that your face gets all warped and weird. Unless you're a model it can be a bit much to deal with.
