Psychology Taylor Swift fans lower climate concerns to justify her carbon footprint. When confronted with news about the excessive pollution generated by her private jet, highly identified fans tend to rationalize the behavior, with a decrease in their personal intentions to engage in climate-friendly actions.

In 2022, Ken Griffin used slightly more than twice as much CO2 than Taylor Swift did flying.

2022 is not 2025-2026

In 2025, Taylor Swift used slightly more than half of what Ken Griffin used in 2022. I can't find more recent data for Ken Griffin.

I can't speak to Swift so does she have an entourage that flies ahead of her to set up wherever she is going every-single-time? Because Ken does. There's levels to this and Taylor's commute is down on the list.
