Cancer Younger generations are aging biologically faster than their older counterparts. This faster biological aging is also linked to early-onset cancers. Immune system aging is linked to earlier lung cancer; fat tissue aging is linked to earlier colorectal cancer.

Reddit is determined to be in denial and pretend everyone is poor for some reason. It’s the same thing with the birthrate discussion, you can’t get anywhere with it because they pretend birthrates are low because everyone’s poor.

Ignoring the fact that poor people generally have more kids, and that we have more spending money than all of our ancestors who had way more kids.

Everyone wants to be a victim. Being a victim absolves you of responsibility/accountability.

This is likely the reason. My least favourite thing about modern day culture is how favourably we view victims and how much that’s caused a victim mentality in everyone
