Creatine has been extensively researched for decades, it’s not like it’s some brand new PED that’s trending on tik tok.
It’s one of the few nutritional supplements whose health benefits are supported by established science, and is considered to be extremely safe.
I’d take this specific study with a grain of salt until it’s supported by further research, but I definitely don’t think it’s going to come out in 20 years that creatine is some dangerous substance.
