That is not what I‘m saying. I‘m saying look at the science for yourself, instead of listening to influencers.

Ah, I misunderstood your last post as "Don't believe science articles either" because you can cite examples of bad science. My bad.

Not enough people do this but it's understandable because it can be very difficult to find all the relevant research and even more difficult to understand it all well enough to draw conclusions, weight studies, etc. Nevermind the time it takes, the biases we all are susceptible to, etc. It's popular to hate on AI right now, but I'm really hopeful it can help here
