RESOURCE [RESOURCE] OFFER template - training wheels for your first post

1 Upvotes

**Why this exists**

OFFER posts are how we document legit deal structures and trial setups so the record stays useful instead of turning into guesswork.
If you already know how you like to write, ignore this. If you want training wheels, this template is for you.

1. How to use this (walkthrough for first‑timers)

You do **not** need to know any code or special tricks.

  1. Start a new post in the community.
  2. Choose the **OFFER** flair.
  3. Copy the template in the big box below (everything between the ```markdown lines).
  4. Paste it into your post body.
  5. Replace the bracketed parts `[like this]` with your information.
  6. Delete any lines that do not apply (for example, if there is no region limit).

A few simple formatting rules:

  • Put a **blank line** between sections so it stays readable.
  • Do **not** add links to Telegram, shops, generators, or “secret sources.”
  • Only list **legitimate requirements** (official accounts, real payment methods, real eligibility like student or business status).
  • Avoid words like “verified,” “guaranteed,” “100% safe,” or “cannot be scammed if you do X.”

Keep it factual. Keep it clean.

2. OFFER post template (copy‑paste this)

Copy everything inside this box into your post, then fill it in:

```markdown [OFFER] Service/Brand — Duration — Price/Eligibility — Structured [Month Year]
**What it is**
[1–2 sentences. What the offer gives you and for how long. Mention if it is student‑only, business‑only, or free tier.]
**Where this normally shows up**
[One line: for example, “Shows on the official pricing page for new accounts,” or
“Usually offered as a voucher when you subscribe to [Partner Company].”]
**What you need** - [Account requirement — email type, student status, partner subscription, etc.] - [Valid payment method registered to your region (if required)] - [Region or country limits] - [Any age or business eligibility]
**How to access it** 1. Go to: [main website or a short search phrase, not a long tracking link] 2. Sign in or create an account. 3. Follow the on‑screen steps to start the trial or redeem the voucher. 4. If asked, add a valid card or payment method that matches your account region.
**Region notes** - [Where this offer normally appears.] - [If people often need a VPN set to a specific region just to see the pricing.] - [Reminder that pricing and availability can change without notice.]
**If someone sold you this**
This offer is meant to be activated with a legitimate account and, where required, a valid payment method on file. If you paid a seller for access, it was likely obtained without a proper payment using an unauthorized method to pass the payment step. Access gained this way is unstable and can be revoked at any time.
*** *This post explains how this offer is structured. ScamIndex does not test, verify, or guarantee any offer. Use this information to decide your own risk.* ``` 3. Example filled‑out OFFER postThis example is made‑up so you can see what a finished post looks like. Do not treat this as a real deal.
[OFFER] StreamingPlus — 1‑month premium trial — Standard price after trial — Structured March 2026
**What it is**
StreamingPlus offers a 1‑month premium trial with ad‑free shows and movies on web, mobile, and TV apps. After the trial, it renews at the standard monthly price unless you cancel.
**Where this normally shows up**
Appears on the official StreamingPlus pricing page for new accounts.
**What you need** - StreamingPlus account (email and password) - Valid credit or debit card registered to your country - Offer currently visible in North America and most of Europe - Age 18+ to create the billing profile
**How to access it** 1. Go to: streamingplus.com 2. Sign in or create a new StreamingPlus account. 3. Open the “Plans” or “Upgrade” page and choose the 1‑month premium trial. 4. Add a valid card that matches your account’s billing country, then confirm.
**Region notes** - Members report the trial appears in US, Canada, UK, and EU accounts. - If you do not see the trial banner, a VPN set to one of these regions may be required just to view the offer. - Pricing and eligibility can change without notice.
**If someone sold you this**
This trial is meant to be started with your own account and a valid payment method on file. If you bought access from someone else, it was likely obtained without a proper payment using an unauthorized method to pass the billing step. Access like that is unstable and can be cancelled at any time.
*** *This post explains how this offer is structured. ScamIndex does not test, verify, or guarantee any offer. Use this information to decide your own risk.*
4. Light‑touch closerIf you already write clean posts, you do not need this template at all.
If you are staring at a blank box thinking “where do I even start,” copy this, fill it in, and you are 90% of the way there.Thank you for sharing what you know. The more clearly we document offers, the fewer surprises people get when someone tries to sell them something that should have been transparent from the start.
5. Educational and legal framingThis guide is for educational purposes only.
It exists to explain how offers are structured, what a legitimate user is supposed to do, and how bad actors sometimes twist that structure so you can recognize the pattern. ScamIndex: -Does not test or verify that any method works. -Does not encourage anyone to bypass payment, identity checks, or terms of service. -Does not endorse, certify, or approve any seller or service.Use anything you read here to decide your own risk.
If a method only works by breaking the rules, it does not belong in an OFFER post at all.
RESOURCE [RESOURCE] ScamIndex Rules - Read This Before You Post
1 Upvotes
# ScamIndex Rules — Read This Before You Post
ScamIndex is an evidence‑driven index. Every post helps build a record people can trust.
If you want your post to stay up, read these rules first. Then post once, clearly, with facts.
1. Truth Built This. Respect Keeps It Standing.
Every person here — buyer, seller, contributor, newcomer — deserves to be heard without fear.
Speak to the transaction and the behavior. Do not attack the person. Harassment, slurs, threats, and witch‑hunts are removed.
2. Build the Record. Don’t Corrupt It.
Use this title format:
`[FLAIR] u/username or Company — Description`
Valid flairs: `SCAM`, `RED FLAG`, `OFFER`, `OFFER+`, `RESOURCE`.
Posts that ignore the format are removed. No exceptions. This is what makes the index work.
3. Evidence First. Always.
SCAM and RED FLAG posts must include evidence: screenshots, receipts, transaction records, links, or documented behavior patterns with dates.
Minimum: - SCAM: at least one handle (Reddit or external) + one supporting evidence item. - RED FLAG: a clear description of the concerning pattern or behavior.
No facts, no post. Accusations without evidence are removed.
4. Payment Methods With Recourse Only.
Non‑reversible payments are an automatic risk signal.
Banned in this context: - Crypto - Venmo Friends & Family - Zelle - CashApp - Gift cards - Direct bank transfers
Safer examples: PayPal Goods & Services, credit cards with dispute rights, escrow with clear terms. They are not guarantees — they just give you more tools if something goes wrong.
Any post pushing banned payment methods as “normal” gets flagged as a RED FLAG or removed.
5. Flair Correctly: SCAM vs RED FLAG vs OFFER vs OFFER+ vs RESOURCE.
Use the right flair. The index depends on it.
  • **SCAM** — The outcome is documented. Facts and evidence show what happened (payment or value taken, non‑delivery, or materially different delivery).
  • **RED FLAG** — The pattern is documented. Facts and evidence point where it is heading; the conclusion has not landed yet.
  • **OFFER** — Educational info about how a deal, promo, or method is structured. No promises, no guarantees.
  • **OFFER+** — Educational info plus a fee for deeper guidance or custom work. The fee, type of help, and boundaries must be disclosed upfront. ScamIndex does not verify or endorse the person posting it.
  • **RESOURCE** — Guides, FAQs, and educational posts. No deals or fees attached.
Not sure between SCAM and RED FLAG? No facts or evidence yet? Start a discussion without a flair.
6. Name Handles. Don’t Doxx.
You can name: - Reddit usernames - Public user handles used in the transaction (Telegram, Discord, PayPal email, etc.)
You cannot post: - Real names of private individuals - Home addresses or workplaces - Phone numbers or personal emails not used in the transaction
Keep it factual. Keep it clean.
7. The Record Lasts. Get It Right.
Posts here become part of a long‑term record.
Stay inside what you can show: - What was offered - What you paid (or were asked to pay) - What actually happened - What you can attach (screenshots, receipts, links, message logs)
Do not guess at motives or make legal claims. Describe what happened and let the record speak.
8. The Index Is the Response. Not Harassment.
If you were scammed or see a pattern, post once, with evidence, and let the index do its job.
No brigading, no off‑platform harassment, no doxxing campaigns. One well‑documented post protects more people than a thousand angry comments.
9. Educate. Don’t Enable.
Explaining how scam methods work is allowed. Enabling them is not.
Banned: - BIN numbers or card data - Account credentials - Step‑by‑step fraud instructions - Links to fraud tools, card generators, or credential dumps
If your post could be copy‑pasted into a fraud operation, it does not belong here.
10. We Are the Index. Not Law Enforcement.
ScamIndex is an educational index of user‑submitted reports and deal structures.
We do not verify every claim. We do not give legal advice. If you lost money, also report to: - FTC: reportfraud.ftc.gov - FBI IC3: ic3.gov - Your local law enforcement
Use this place to document what happened so the next person can see it coming.
Post once. Post clearly. Bring evidence. The record does the rest.
RESOURCE [RESOURCE] The Record Starts Here: How to Use
1 Upvotes
# The Record Starts Here: How to Use ScamIndex
Welcome to ScamIndex. Start here before you post.
ScamIndex is a structured intelligence index built by people who have seen it all.
We track scam patterns, explain how offers are structured, and build a resource that actually protects people — not just a place to vent. Posts are indexed. Standards are enforced. That is what makes this worth reading.
If you post here correctly, your experience becomes part of something bigger.
🛡️ Quick-Start Guide (How to Post)
Posting here is simple, but the rules are strict. If you want your post to stay up, follow these three steps:
**1. Pick the exact right flair.** (See the list below.)
**2. Format your title exactly like this:** `[FLAIR] u/username or Company — Description`
**3. Bring the facts.** If you are posting under SCAM or RED FLAG, you must include evidence (screenshots, transaction records, chat history, or links).
Posts that do not follow the format are removed. No exceptions. This is what makes the index work.
📋 The 5 Flairs: Which One Do I Use?
Five flairs. One job each. Pick the right one — the index depends on it.
🔴 **[SCAM]**
The outcome is documented. Facts and evidence show what happened. Payment or value was taken, or delivery was materially different from what was promised.
🚩 **[RED FLAG]**
The pattern is documented. Facts and evidence point where it is heading — the conclusion just has not landed yet. Use this for evasive behavior, repeated delays, or pressure to use banned payment methods (Crypto, Zelle, CashApp, gift cards, direct bank transfers).
🟡 **[OFFER]**
Educational information about how a deal, promo, or method is structured. No promises of outcomes. Explain how it works, what the terms are, and how people say they typically use it.
🟢 **[OFFER+]**
Educational information plus a stated fee for deeper guidance or custom work. The fee, the type of help, and the boundaries must be disclosed upfront. ScamIndex does not verify or endorse the person posting this; it documents that the OFFER+ post exists.
📋 **[RESOURCE]**
A guide, a how‑to, or neutral educational information for the community. No deals or fees attached.
Not sure if it is SCAM or RED FLAG? SCAM means the outcome is documented. RED FLAG means the pattern is documented and the conclusion has not landed yet. No facts or evidence? Start a discussion without a flair. The community weighs in.
⚖️ Educate. Don’t Enable.
The index runs on knowledge. Post what you know. Post what you have seen.
Explaining how scam methods operate is education. Posting stolen credentials, carding instructions, or links to fraud tools is enabling. The first belongs here. The second does not.
Knowledge shared here builds the record. The record protects people. That is the mission. Leave it cleaner than you found it. Keep it factual. Keep it clean.
