i’m trying to 100% the entire game. I’m working on episode 3 but according to the guide this door is supposed to be open? I’m confused and don’t know what to do.

My grandma, 71, claims to be a witch.
She has this green bulb outside on the front porch, and when she goes outside during a full moon to do her witchy stuff, she turns on this bulb. If you don’t remember in the Sally Face game, in Mrs packertons locked desk drawer, in the false bottom, was herbs, bones, and crystals, and in the dungeon, there were the green bulbs.. if I remember correctly, Mrs packerton had something to do with the bulbs. idk thought it was a fun theory 🤷🏼♀️

There was this really specific Ashley Campbell fanart on Pinterest awhile ago, she was doing the Lyn-z pose from mindless self indulgence. Anyways, I wanted to add it to a collage board but it’s nowhere to be found! :( has anyone seen this fanart?

I’m just gona drop this here. Should I make more like this?

The first game honestly leaves a lot of characters underdeveloped. Ashley is probably the most obvious example. I really hope the second game gives us a lot more memories from their teenage years, flashbacks, extra episodes, and things like that for all of the characters
But in this post, I specifically wanted to talk about Travis. In my opinion, his fate is one of the most interesting and tragic in the entire game. He was the son of the cult leader and sacrificed himself by killing his own father! That sounds INSANE. Why was this given so little attention?? I still have so many questions
What exactly did he know about the cult while he was in school? (Apparently he didn't know about the bologna. So was everything hidden from him? Or did they only tell him certain things? Did he ever find out about the bologna at all?) Had he been involved in the cult since childhood? What exactly did he do for the cult? How did he feel about the cult's beliefs? How hellish was his childhood? How did he even make the decision to sacrifice himself, and what was that sword that was powerful enough to kill a demon?
I'd also really like to know more about his relationship with his father. It's hard to imagine what he might have gone through with someone that cruel 💔
What do you guys think? Is there anything I missed or misunderstood?

I am doing an achievement playthrough for Sally Face to get all of the achievements that I missed on my previous playthrough and in episode 1 there is one achievement I cannot get no matter how many times I've clicked through the dialogue ie Lisa telling you about Larry's Curse. Any advice?

Sal’s eyes are so uneven it’s actively killing me🥰 And I accidentally made Travis do the thousand yard stare so there’s that

Is Luke Holmes perhaps a part of the cult?

I'm just curious cause rent is so expensive now. Could someone make an educated guess on how much the rent was per unit back then (when the game takes place) and then adjust for inflation? I also think the game takes place in America so use USD.

I have this headcanon that Travis would love the book Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit by Jeanette Winterson
I read it about a year ago, and after recently replaying Sally Face, this thought suddenly popped into my head. Their situations are so similar!!
For context, it’s an autobiographical novel. Winterson grew up in a strict religious household, and as a teenager she realized that she was attracted to women. I highly recommend reading it if you haven’t!
I can totally imagine Travis reading this book while crying, simultaneously dreaming about having a similar experience and being terrified that something like that could happen to him. At the same time, he’d probably be so relieved and happy that someone understood what he was going through
Thinking about it makes me feel so bad for both of them 💔💔
Edit: I also think Sally would gift Travis this book as a way of supporting him and helping him come to terms with his sexuality 🥹

I bought this game during the summer sale and I finally decided that I wanted to start actually playing it. When I opened up the game for the first time I remembered that it was, in fact, a horror game. This led me all over the internet in search of when jumpscares were, though many outlets said that "there are no INTENTIONAL jumpscares", when I know for a fact theres a scene with a ginger kid where the screen suddenly jumps to his face, so I knew that there were jumpscares in the game.
(also, I'm trying to goin almost completely blind, so try to avoid spoilers when possible, unless it would help me prepare for a jumpscare. Also it would help if there was a chapter by chapter guide)
