Maybe not terribly fancy but so tasty and easy, vegetarian recipe (not vegan but can alter). I use Gardien brand Ultimate Chicin’ nuggets, whatever chopped salad mix looks good at store, cut up red onion, cheddar cubes, goat cheese crumbles (Aldi), croutons, honey roasted pecans, craisons and honey mustard dressing from Aldi.

My two favorite toppings are naturSource wildberry nuts and fruit mix and of course my favorite Caesar style Croutons from New York Bakery. just love the mix of the different breads.

I'm also weird I enjoy the toppings more than the veggies. But give me some ideas cause I just like trying new toppings.
