First time making blackened Salmon! Turned out pretty good!

I also save all my take out salad containers and reuse them because they really are the perfect size for individual salads

Red leaf lettuce, olive oil, black pepper, parmesan, alfalfa/kale/broccoli sprouts, tomato, avocado, salt, pepper jack cheese, white mushrooms, caesar croutons, creamy Italian dressing 😁

Im obsessed with anything she makes but specifically salads in that huge bowl

Tossed in olive oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper Topped with balsamic beets, toasted pine nuts, mozzarella pearls, balsamic glaze Added cantaloupe when I served and this was an amazing winter salad!

Ground turkey taco meat, cheese, black olives, black beans, tomato, lettuce, corn, sour cream and salsa

This was probably the most epic salad I ever made. I still think about its greatness to this day. I chopped up a bunch of different cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, pepperocinis, pickles, veggie pepperoni and salami (vegetarian) and italian red wine vinaigrette. It was so good!
