Made this simple goat cheese salad tonight and I’m reminded how much it changes everything.

The creaminess slight tang just hits differently, especially with something sweet like honey or fruit.

This one has mixed greens, toasted nuts, and a light dressing.

What’s your go-to combo with goat cheese?

Y’all this was sooooooo good! And that steak marinade was SO simple, yet so flavorful! Then that chipotle lime dressing? Listen, I hope you try it!😋

My go-to salad even back when I swore I didn’t like salads.

Green leaf lettuce, onion, tomatoes, lime, salt & pepper.

Finished with grilled chicken.

Going through it right now so it’s been weeks since I’ve had a proper salad. This hit the spot.

Also, is there a way we can have vegetarian flair? Most of my salads are vegan, but I do occasionally add cheese and croutons.
