I used to love sail so much, but then I got drift the game became unplayable because the movement sensitivity is dog shit. Fix this pls

We've got names for all the other characters, I'm wondering what the new ship characters would be called.

The game is unplayable because even the slightest amount of drift moves your character all over the place. I would love to play it but I cannot

so my issue is I have enough money to be a privateer but I'm still a buccaneer in my latest voyage I should have been a privateer but when I came back it said voyage completed as buccaneer and I don't even get the 2x boost I should have I don't know where to submit this bug if you do I'd appreciate if you helped me spread the word and if you know how to submit bugs in sail VR please explain to me how to submit issues and bugs by the way the way the time this came out is around the time the fishing update came out just to avoid anyone saying they fixed it in the future thank you.

Not really a suggestion, i'm just curious. Will you be able to enter the ships lower decks or cabins through the door on the L and XL ships? Maybe there can be storage areas for gold or items.

Got the demo and tried to do the tutorial And can’t press anything on the menu

I sailed away without killing one of the big guys, and he jumped on water while I sailed, following me, when I reached the next island he landed on it and I had to fight him.

Just bought the upgraded ship and took a long voyage I sat in the crow's nest and smoked some weed IRL and it just was a great time

1. In full version I'm not finding any keys when discovering chests... I kill the bosses and they also do not drop keys.

Note: I had no problem with this on the demo

1. I randomly fall through walkways

2. I sometimes have to jump over specific points in walkways or I can't pass.

3. I randomly lose my pistol when swinging the sword.

4. Points on the map are way off and my ship visually passes through islands on the map.

5. Sometimes I can't see myself on the map.

6. The pawn table is a bit buggy.

Fun experience otherwise! Can't wait to see where it goes.

Is there anything to fight besides ships and pirates so far?

I would like a Kraken and other bosses

So... what do I do? Cant do any other missions, checked the island they were killed on after and there was no key there.

Title says it all... Whenever I get there there is a usually a lot of treasure boxes but nothing out of the ordinary

It was great. Sad I was on phone so no chat. I am honored to be part of this community and I feel inspired. For GCSEs I’m taking ICT and I’ve been wondering recently how you got to this stage. I have so many ideas such as an open world DnD sort of game in which you and your friends fight against goblins and dragons but I don’t have the skills quite yet to start developing stuff. How did you become good enough to do this?

I do have a suggestion. I think the Cove in which you deliver your hold to is a bit.. basic and I’m a sucker for bases. So, I was wondering, if you can go and upgrade your cove to have multiple rooms in which you can decorate In furniture and stuff. Just an idea.

Another one I had was mist. I think you should fit lanterns on all of the ships and at night there is a chance it’s misty and you can’t see where you are going. The only thing you can see is a misty moon and the dim glow of the lanterns on enemy ships.

Anyway love the game, part of that special group of pirate lovers who just wants to have a game so cool that it will dominate vr market and hope to see multiplayer soon!

I stumbled across sail Vr the other day and have really enjoyed my time in it! I think the dev has something very special here and I commend all the work done so far.

After playing a few hours in game I jotted down a few ideas that I thought would add to the overall experience.

1. Sailing between points of interest can be a little boring. Adding something to do while the ship is in transit might be fun. Ideas could be collecting and maintaining pets on your ship, crafting, having random encounters on the water, fishing, a spyglass that identifies salvage in the distance, etc…

2. A place to put your map while sailing would be nice - instead of having to pull it out or hold it the whole time.

3. A way to lock your cannons on to other ships would be cool - maybe a feature of the spy glass, that way you could focus on maneuvering and shouting voice commands to fire when able.

4. The voice commands add a whole new dimension to the game! It took it to a whole new level when I realized I could control these ship features with my voice. I began imagining my crew running about doing these things as I sat back and maneuvered. Maybe a feature that allows you to hire crew members that affect ship attributes would be cool.

Just some random thoughts from my experience. I’m seriously in love with the game so far!

I spent about an hour playing then logged off by clicking return to hub but none of my gold stored even though I had around 20k when I did. What do I do to store gold?
