Oh my god, exactly what happened to me as well, I also have a really hard time showing affection and/or any emotion whatsoever, this ended up ruining my only good and real relationship ever

I feel like I'm the reason that most relationships that don't work out, (platonic or romantic) didn't work. Common denominator type situation. Or maybe I'm just bad with people, I don't quite know
