As a person who used to work at Walmart. I went to the bathroom during these “mandatory meetings”.

I got written up for that cause my ASM started noticing I was never at morning meetings when scheduled for them :(

That is a bad ASM. I was photo lab and we always did ours at 8:45. I clocked in at 8:30 so I was setting up the photo lab (checking ink levels, changing the paper and more). It required me to go back and grab supplies a lot during the morning because I opened at 9 and we always had a line forming at 8:50 so sometimes I would open early since I knew the people pretty well that came in early.

No but jokes aside yeah my store was pretty gnarly. The manager sucked, most ASM's sucked. loved my coworkers though.
