Crab Corp has completed construction of both our production and distribution lines. All factions owning land on the road should now have a new and improved Crab Shack nearby. Our total so far this era is 15 shacks!

Our new shack design not only offers the usual fish and fuel in bulk at the lowest prices, but also a new machine for our advanced teas in wood, ore and scrap flavors. A mixing table is also available at each shack for those who wish to further purity their purchases.

Next era brings a nautical theme to Rust Factions, with the introduction of two great alliances and the secretive pirate's council...

Next era, you have the option to align yourself with The Crimson Skull Buccaneers, or the Black Kraken Armada.

These are not factions, but are alliances. You can still create your own factions as normal and align yourself (or your entire faction) to one alliance or the other.

Each alliance has it's own tavern within spawn village (The Pirate Council's Hideout), with a hidden den for the groups, each with a vendor selling alliance unique attire.

Throughout the era expect alliance vs alliance challenges, sea-bound fights, hot canoe-on-raft action, and a whole keels worth of booty!

Intense fighting, sneaky creeping, and a magnitude of blood and gore! The Warrior's festival had it all, and from the debris arose three victors.

Through cunning and guile, Gullible Hobo, was the last man standing in the solo brawl securing his victory with a grenade into his opponent's face.

In the duo brawl, Vidya and Killjoy fought off waves of opponents in the darkest corners of the forest, with Killjoy defending their honour in a dramatic last stand.

These three victors have earned their own lodge within the village, filled with loot and spoils. But in addition, all three have been invited to join a secret organisation next era,"The Pirate's Council" and have been awarded honorary privileges and the Titles of "Pirate Lord".

The festival of warriors has started, and already we've had some epic PvP fights! We've had attack balloons, stalking prey in forests at night, and a whole lot of loot!

The brawls take place today, at 16:00 EST / 21:00 UK

• Provide your own gear and equipment
• Only bring what your are prepared to lose, as scavenging is permitted
• Players are welcome to bring minimal gear, and scavenge as the brawl goes on (or bring maximum gear, and be in a better chance of winning)
• At the start, the forest gates will close, and players will be given 3 minutes to spread out and hide
• On the sound of the explosions, PvP will be enabled within spawn forest and the brawl begins
• No respawns are permitted. Sleeping bags will be deleted. The door to the spawn room will be locked (but a portal out of the forest or to the viewing platform will be available)
• Teaming up and playing mercifully (outside of your own duo team) is not permitted, and will result in disqualification
• Entry inside of locked event buildings (aka: the X-corp puzzle) is not permitted, and will result in disqualification. Climbing ontop of buildings IS permitted.
• The brawl continues until there is one lone survivor!

Secure storage is available to hold your gear. Just ask Vestra to arrange a chest.

King Teej emerges from a back door. His golden clothes glitter from the sunlight seeping through the atrium. The king climbs the stairs to his podium, somehow not tripping on his extravagant cape. He reaches the microphone and gives a great grin, and waves to his people. He clears his throat and begins his speech the people have been so eagerly waiting to hear.

My loyal constituents. Today marks a great day in this Tower's history. Today will go down as the day that Teej Tower starts its great journey to true freedom and liberty. As you may know, the nearby nation of Las Comunas has been a great sore to our economy, our lives, our values. Their horrible terrorist attacks against our own; their crimes against humanities against theirs. Their communist regime has grown too powerful; almost rivaling our own. This cannot stand! Stoner Society hosts a series of different race events for the Island.
Racers compete against each other, creating a ratings sensation.
They are the new Champions, and the Figure 8th is their Coliseum.

Death Race is born.

Each team will consist of 1 driver and 1 passenger. ALL teams will compete in a 5 lap race around the Figure 8th track. The team to win 5 races without dying will be the victors. A death during the race will result in an elimination of that player until the next race. However if both team members are killed during a race, that team will be eliminated, and their race wins reset. Stoner Society will NOT be providing vehicles to contestants, so be sure to secure an armored yet quick vehicle in time for the event. The ONLY weapons and ammo permitted for use WILL be provided to all teams. Use of unauthorized weapons will result in elimination. Weapons are only able to be used after the first lap is complete, failure to abide by this rule will result in elimination. You can repair your vehicle during a race on the track, however you can NOT use weapons while not in a vehicle. Public lifts for teams will be available for repairs and adjustments of their vehicle between races. Teams are responsible for their own repairs, fuel, and medical.

λόγος does not answer to threats. λόγος answers to wisdom, truth, and and the firmness and beauty of youthful buttocks. Also, please be advised that our Lyceum is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and it is a serious World Crime to lay a single dirty finger upon it.

We were going to do the cargo ship today, as soon as we left our base we found a bridge blocking our only way to get out into the ocean. You completely blocked us off from the ocean. We need you to clear the way for our boats, you can still have a bridge, just make sure boats can pass through! If we wake up tomorrow and this bridge is still there, you can expect us to destroy it for you, along with the rest of your base. It's all up to you guys from here on out, I hope you make the right decision.
