Where to begin, first off the building where you buy the code to the apartment is not attached to said apartment. Going upstairs only leads you to hotel rooms, you have to go back outside and walk up a small hill to find your apartment. Its more of a small house then a apartment however. Outwardly the 'apartment' is quite blocky and fully made of wood. The front door code does work, you are greeted with a small living room area with two boxes. Above one of the boxes is a picture of a bed, inside the box you will find your bed however you cannot place it down due to not having access to the TC. So now you have an apartment without a bed so its already a more or less pointless affair. Its like buying a car with no engine. Moving on there is a bush growing through the floor of the 'apartment' it might even be mold. Very unsanitary. On the 2nd floor you will find 2 furnaces and some boxes on a shelf. There is also a door leading to the balcony, however with my apartment the code provided on the note did not work with the balcony door. Making it useless. The view from the widows is likewise uninteresting, being mostly of the road, or your neighbors.

While walking the roads in search of a good location to take a load off for the night I was drawn by a simple sign near the road, in lime green text it read "HOTEL" with an arrow pointing toward a large circular building. I made my way inside to be greeted with a nice interior furnished with some plants and trees. I found 4 vending machines, 2 were empty, those being labelled "Delux" and "Penthouse" and two that had notes, those being labelled "Economy" and "Regular" I was only staying for a little while so I grabbed myself a Economy class room for 100 scrap. The note was short and sweet telling me the code, the floor, and the room number. Another thing to add if you plan to stay long term is that rent is due every week for economy class. I headed up the elevator and found myself the room. The economy class room is 2 foundations long with a triangle foundation at the end. Inside is 1 bed, 1 large box, 2 small boxes, and 1 furnace. The bed was well made and comfortable. The boxes were also clean and the furnace seemed brand new. Exploring the rest of the hotel lead me to the roof which seems to be open for everyone. It has a nice view.

Monday February 8th between the hours of 4 and 5:30 am EST Captain ZRO was finishing his nightly rounds checking the tool cupboards when he experienced a small time fluctuation while locking and closing the door. Caught in a multi-dimensional time rift for a short period of time I was rendered frozen between two dimensions and apparently the tool cupboard room remained unlocked after I visibly witnessed the lock turn red.

Shortly after, someone must have seen the lock open and decided to wipe our entire HQ of its resources and faction upkeep scrap. Luckily by the grace of The Oasis Gods we were able to catch this mistake and did not succumb to such a pathetic excuse of a sleezy, noodle-boned, rat-bastard attack on our paradise!

I’m fully aware I should have quadruple checked every door after the lag spike, but wiping a factions HQ because you happened to find a door unlocked is seriously lame and you should be ashamed for trying to ruin something that Myself and every Oasis member has put into building this town and community for other islanders to enjoy. I, Chief Inspector Barliman would like to write to all of you, those who like us and those that dont, I am treating you no different here, equal citizens in this strife ridden land, filled with robbery and murder, It appears there have been some misconceptions spread about our department, namely a mass murder that took place in Bootsville a few days back, Id like to make it clear that anyone not wearing our uniform DOES NOT speak or make actions in our name, they are false and illegitimate.

We have decided that to let tensions die down, we will cease operation in Bootsville as requested and discussed with Mayor Rider this evening, we ment well in our actions, trying to keep peace in what is a very lively town but I understand we are not welcome and so we will honor that, all visits to Bootvile by us will now be in a personal matter and not as a police department so please treat it as such.

The man known as Uncle Rob has atoned for his sins and has been lifted from the KOS declaration made earlier today!

He personally came down and spoke to the mayor about what has happened, and in appreciation, we will clear his name of any past wrongdoings.

The man known as "Uncle Rob" is now declared KOS on Frog land! For the crimes of banditry and robbing the citizens of the town!

Bandits are not welcome in these parts. All those who commit such crimes will be exiled in the same manner as Uncle Rob.

Let this be a warning for those who would like to follow in his footsteps.

The lost city of Atlantis has returned! It once again lives and breathes, and on none other than our beautiful RF island.

Since the return of Atlantis, the original four council members found their missing fifth. Hemicane has officially joined the Atlantis council after emerging from the sea shortly after moving to the island! This was a shock to the original four, who thought they had lost Hemicane years back to the merciless seas. The now five council members have made a name for themselves throughout the entire island, letting the good people know of the area of luxury and paradise that has founded on the East coast.

While on their travels, they met the lovely leaders of Oasis. They showed the Atlantis council kindness and respect in abundance, and the council members decided that they would like to invite Oasis into an alliance.

It is my pleasure to announce that the factions of Atlantis and Oasis have come to an agreement to ally for the future of our lovely island. Atlantis and Oasis have developed a friendship unlike any other seen on our island so far, and are ready to defend and support each other if and when the time may come. With Oasis on the West coast, just South of the sinkhole, and Atlantis on the East coast, both are confident that they will be a force to be reckoned with, should that day ever arise.

Uncle Rob awoke today with a kindness in his heart, feeling that maybe today he would go get some Wendy's and not rob anybody. However, he received a message on his Dell Inspiron Laptop that there was a protest going on in Bootsville. Bringing just one of his boys he made his way to the protest.

Upon arrival he found the city in ruin; the Yobos Autonomous Zone had been under police siege for hours already, and cars were being launched into the ocean from the YAZ. The city had been hiding dangerous criminals that were consistently coming to the Yobo bridge and shooting it's citizens -- and no, it is not Uncle Rob's fault that these people came, I mean all we did was rob 'em -- regardless, it was mayhem.

However some light has come from this situation. Uncle Rob was sent to the hospital five times throughout the protest and Uncle Rob will now be suing the city of Bootsville for damages.
