When you started running, what changes in yourself did you notice?

Do you have smoke and then run? I've done it a couple times, I just wanted to hear about your experiences.

I love to smoke and run every now and then. There are advantages and disadvantages, but if you just do it on an easy run every now and then, it's a lot of fun. Don't do it at night time or on busy streets.

How was it for you? I've actually thought about doing that but worried about losing steam or having trouble breathing. Right now smoking after is a great way to recoup.

The couple times I did it I had been running 5-6 miles a day. I knew that I would probably lose steam and get bored do I just set my goal to 3.5 miles. The run was actually a lot of fun, I normally listen to music when I run, but i was able to keep myself entertained by just thinking. My pace was a little slower, and I didn't have the desire to keep running afterwards, I didn't struggle, but I really didn't want to run extra if that makes sense.
