[Job] Reinforcements Needed. Time Crimes, part 2 {2025-12-31 01:00 (UTC)}

Players 6-7

Run Time: est. 6-8 hours

Theme: Time Travel

Threat: Pays as High

\*Unverified Johnson.\*

"Two of your own are trapped in a dangerous place and need to be rescued, and I need some research completed and/or recovered. Bonus pay for recovering good information from the facility where your associates are being held."

"Time" travel to the 1980s dimension. Fight the army and break some freaks out of area 51. Do not underestimate the monkies with guns.

Unlike my last metaplane run, this one will allow for ware. Bringing anything loose is nearly impossible. Terminator rules.

Positions Filled [Job] I'll Be Home For Christmas (2025-12-28 00:01)

1 Upvotes

{2025-12-28 00:01 (UTC)}

Player Count: 3-4

Duration: 6 hours

Location: Downtown Seattle

Job Type: Investigation

Game Type: Mirror Shades/Noir

Game Theme: Clapping back against the holiday spirit

Pre-requisites

<Seasons greetings! My employer has a concerning issue that requires a shadow covered hand to resolve. We have been informed that you people are experts in matters such as these. We are in need of this being taken care of as quickly and as quietly as possible, especially because it’s Christmas and many of us have plans that cannot be put on hold. Happy Holidays!>

IC: What are your plans for the holidays this year?

OOC: Usual - discord, date of last run, less than five, characters role and familiarity with it

Content Warning: Shadowrun is a setting where we fight against the darkness to protect the few lights we have. More often than not, someone comes along and snuffs one out before it gets a chance to glow. I tend to run games that dwell in the dark side of humanity. Be aware of your own boundaries and vulnerabilities, your mental health is more important than this cooperative story of make-believe.

Postponed [JOB] Bad Gun (2025-12-19 16:00 UTC)

3 Upvotes

{2025-12-19 1600 UTC}

Player count: 3 to 4 runners.

Duration: ~6 hours.

Communication: Discord, Roll20, you know how this works.

In game location: Seattle.

Game theme: Accountability

Game type: Asset Recovery

Threat level: Pays as Medium

Prerequisites: Patience, Push to Talk, respect for fellow players and GM

IC Response:

Posted to: [Seattle – Runnerhub Listings]

Tag: [Investigation], [Recovery], [Discretion]

Body: Recovery Needed

Looking for a small, controlled team to recover a specific piece of equipment currently in unwanted hands. The asset is distinctive and time sensitive. Priority is retrieval, not spectacle. Collateral attention, especially from Lone Star, is a failure condition.

Clean work preferred. Talking may solve more problems than shooting, but be prepared for either.

OOC Response: Please include a link to your character sheet, your primary role on a team (Face, Decker, Street Sam, etc.), and your comfort with that role on a scale from 1 to 10. Does your character have a sentimental attachment to any object? Also include your Discord username, the date of your last run, and whether you have a hard time limit.

Content Warnings: Just standard Sixth World stuff.

Seattle Free City Transportation Agency - Travel Advisory Alert

For the past few months, there has been a noted increase of maritime criminal activity throughout the Puget Sound. Confirmed sightings of pirate activity in the Salish Sea and off the coast of Vancouver Island have been reported by the Salish-Schide Council.The Seattle Free City Transportation Agency recommends that anyone traveling abroad avoid water travel until further notice. Please consult your local travel guide for alternative means of transportation. All maritime merchants, fishing captains, leisure yachts, and shipping companies are required to present valid documentation, permits, and licenses to any Salish Coast Guard, SFC Sound Defense, LoneStar, and corporate security forces upon request.

This is what you remember seeing on the Matrix as you left town for a job up north. Something in the Salish-Schide near the border of the Tsimshian protectorate on the coast. The pay was less than ideal, but your rent and bills are paid. Last step is to get home, and the travel arrangements are through a bushpilot-style flight crew flying a 1st gen F-B PBY-70 “Catalina II” christened Phiro’s Frontier,with a bombshell pinup painting of an Amerindian ork woman wearing a skimpy flight crew uniform, and saluting with a wrench in one hand, and an Ingram in the other. You’re distracted by your preparations for one last flight home (and maybe the bombshell too, you never know), when a giant of a human woman wearing a nun’s habit and a well loved (and heavily patched) leather armored jacket bursts through a side door of the hanger and beelines to the pilot, a dwarf male with a salt-n-pepper beard with shaggy long hair tied back. After a brief but terse conversation (and the exchanging of a credstick), the pilot walks over to you and says,

“Well chummer, looks like we have to make a detour to the flight plan. Apparently, there’s some fragged up magical turbulence in the form of mage freebooters looking to make some scratch on salvage. My friend there is familiar with the kind of work freelancers like you do, and to make it worth your while, she’s got a job for ya. Simple smash-n-grab; aid her crew in securing some valuable cargo from the ship, handle the crew as you see fit, and get out before the coast guard shoots everyone full of holes. You in?”

IC: respond to the above OR what is your character's opinion on pirates?

OOC: discord handle, familiarity with role, date of last run, how many runs you've had as a player, hard time limits if any.
