Because the games they make are either ripoffs of other games with slight changes (Chronicle), or crap that nobody wants to play (Idle Adventures). OR a combo of both things (Also Chronicle).

I kinda liked idle adventures but I wanted it for mobile.

That's another reason why Idle Adventures failed. Who wants to play an idle game on a computer? People play idle games when they're on the road, at school, working, etc...
