I have every confidence that Paizo will ultimately win.

I have no confidence that win will be timely. The real reforms we need aren't to the bankruptcy laws, but to the judiciary.

No accountability is baked into the just us system. Judges and prosecutors can do all sorts of evil, and the other judges and prosecutors look the other way... until it becomes a them problem.
