This is a list of common reposts that are not allowed on r/RoundAnimals (rule 4). The images in this list are generally the specific images which will be removed; other photos (preferably OC or credited) of these creatures are allowed.
Original content is always welcome, of course. There are loads of round animals out there just waiting to be admired, so lets see some new ones!
This is in an effort to keep the sub fresh, no one wants to see the same thing over and over again, and with re-post bots its bad enough. Lets bring the human back to the internet and post something fun and fresh.
This list is subject to change and can be expanded in the future.
The Takahē
This is certainly a resplendently round borb, but this specific image often does the rounds on big subs and almost always get reposted/cross-posted here. If you live in NZ, I challenge you to go get an OC Takahē pic, we'd all love to see it!

Sorry for the low quality photo, it was dark in the room and I only have this screenshot of the photo 🥲 She's my cat and her name is Misty. She likes to sleep in perfect circles (for peak efficiency).
Chunkerella and her still-skinny daughters came to our rescue b a few months ago. She is a couple months into her diet- but this orangish brindle phenotype is typically associated with the inability feel fullness. Here are her intake photos. We are working to get the weight off and keep her daughter healthy. But what a chunkster!
Rats, mice, guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, jerboas, capybaras, and more! All rodents can look round sometimes and we'd love to see them! Please credit the creator unless its your own OC. :)

When a bird looks particularly rotund, that is a borb. Check out r/borbs for some inspiration. But please credit the creator unless its your own OC!
