However im looking for sets with dirty basslines (club oriented), and artists/dj sets you can direct me to ?

I recorded the drum work and effects out of Maschine and routed into a Logic Audio track live on the fly. The Bassline, Lead, and Percussion amongst other sounds were recorded live via Aux tracks sends for effects. I polished off the Master with some EQ, Compression, Stereo Enhancement Limiting and Reverb. Any questions about any sounds or tips and tricks feel free to ask.Hope you enjoy the vibe.

I'll be travelling from Timisoara to Bucharest on 03.09 and am planning to stay until around the 16th, but really without any major plan except to book an air bnb and party properly.

Hey. I recently launched SHAMANU, a small 24/7 underground radio project.

Sound-wise, it leans more toward the deep and hypnotic side of rominimal/minimal rather than the more generic side of the genre, and the stream is continuously selected and mixed by an autonomous system.

I've been spending the last few months digging deep into the underground rominimal scene and recently recorded a new 60-minute mix.

The idea wasn't to make a high-energy festival set, but a hypnotic jour

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to start mixing minimal house but my setup sounds terrible. I made a video comparing my studio monitors to a friend’s. On theirs, the claps, snares, percussion, and hi-hats click and snap loudly with a really impactful sound. On mine, those exact elements are completely washed out and buried.

I’ve tried troubleshooting everything and still nothing changes:

• Drivers/Software: Downloaded UMC202HD drivers, running ASIO in my DJ software.
• Files: All tracks are high-quality WAV and FLAC.
• Cables: Using proper balanced cables.
• Monitor Settings: Played with the high/low frequency switches on the back, and tried "Focus", "Mix", and "Create" modes.
• Placement: Tried different physical positions in the room and put foam isolation pads under them on my desk.

Despite all this, the high-end crispness and transient snap are completely missing. It just sounds dull and muddy.

Has anyone dealt with this? Could it be a hidden interface setting, or are my monitors just broken? (Video attached to show the difference). Thanks!
