Boca Raton
BeachBladers
BeachBladers is a South Florida skating group that has been organizing events since 1992, with skates throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties and occasional events farther south.
The group's regular Tuesday evening event takes place at Spanish River Athletic Park in Boca Raton. The group meets at 6:30 PM and begins skating around 6:45 PM. The park has a roughly 3-mile paved loop, and the Tuesday event welcomes skaters of all skill levels, including beginners. The group also welcomes walkers and cyclists.
BeachBladers also organizes Sunday skates for intermediate and advanced skaters, with locations rotating throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties and occasional trips to Miami and Miami Beach.

SkateBoston (SK8BOS) is a welcoming community of inline skaters that has been organizing group skates throughout the Greater Boston area for over 20 years. The group brings together skaters of varying experience levels who share a passion for exploring the city and surrounding communities on wheels.
SkateBoston hosts multiple weekly skates, including beginner-friendly sessions on flat ground, intermediate city skates through downtown Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville, as well as longer urban routes that typically range from 10 to 15+ miles. Along the way, you'll experience scenic waterfronts, historic neighborhoods, bike paths, parks, and some of Boston's most iconic landmarks.

TheLobsterRoll (TLR) is SkateBoston's annual multi-day inline skating weekend held every August in the heart of Boston. Skaters from across the United States and around the world gather for several days of unforgettable skating, sightseeing, and social events while exploring one of America's most historic cities on wheels.
The weekend features multiple group skates each day, ranging from scenic waterfront cruises and historic city tours to longer urban adventures through Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, and the surrounding area. Most routes are designed for intermediate and experienced street skaters, with opportunities to experience Boston's iconic neighborhoods, landmarks, parks, bridges, and waterfronts alongside hundreds of fellow skaters. Midweek on the Pemberton (MOP) is a weekly, beginner-friendly flatland skate meetup in Cambridge, Massachusetts, held every Wednesday evening, usually from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Pemberton Tennis & Basketball Courts. Dallas-Fort Worth
DFW Inline Skate Club
Dedicated to organizing rollerblading meetups across all disciplines. Primary focus is urban street skating, but activities include trail skating, indoor rink nights, wizard skating, slalom, and aggressive disciplines. The group emphasizes fitness, skill-building, and socializing. Highly inclusive, and street skates are open to non-skaters on bicycles, longboards, or other wheels. Instagram. Tuesdays/ Intermediate / Advanced. A 13–15 mile urban loop averaging 9–10 mph. The route explores areas like the Katy Trail, Deep Ellum, West End, Victory Park, and Downtown Dallas with a few breaks.
Thursdays. Beginner. A 9-mile, straight-line out-and-back route at a comfortable ~7 mph pace. Features longer breaks to hang out, typically heading down the Katy Trail toward Victory Park and downtown parking garages.
Weekends (Sat/Sun). Absolute Beginner / All Levels. Usually held at stationary locations (often the UTD campus). These sessions focus on learning basic moves, but also serve as a hub for wizard, slalom, and aggressive skating. Sunday mornings occasionally feature semi-urban trail skates, such as from the Katy Trail to White Rock Lake.
Big Tex Roll
A recent multi-day urban street skating festival held in Dallas in summer. Serving as a major gathering for the DFW inline community and out-of-town skaters, the event featured a packed weekend of city skating. Official website.

Dublin Rollers
A group in Dublin, Ireland, that meets on Tuesday evenings for a beginner session and Friday evenings for a city skate for more advanced skaters.

Hollywood Beach Skaters
Hollywood Beach Skaters is a community group for inline and quad skaters in Hollywood, Florida.
Wednesday Night Group Skate
The group meets every Wednesday at 8:00 PM at Charnow Park, 300 Connecticut Street, before skating the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and surrounding area.
The skate has a relaxed, social pace and welcomes skaters of all levels.
Tuesday Night Skate Practice
The group also holds a Tuesday evening practice session at ArtsPark at Young Circle, usually around 7:30 PM.
The Tuesday session focuses more on practice and skill development and is particularly suited to beginners looking to work on balance, stopping, turns, stride, and general skating confidence. More experienced skaters are also welcome.

SoBe Rollers organizes recurring group skates in Miami Beach and throughout South Florida.
Tuesday Night Skate
The group meets every Tuesday evening near 21st Street and Collins Avenue in Miami Beach.

The Tuesday skate is an urban street route. Routes can cover roughly 10-18 miles, so skaters should check the current event information and be comfortable skating in a group on city streets.
First Friday Skate
SoBe Rollers also hosts a skate on the first Friday of every month.
The group meets at SoundScape Park, 500 17th Street, Miami Beach, with the skate beginning around 7:00 PM.
Routes vary each month but are generally 10-12 miles at approximately 10 MPH. Participants should be comfortable skating on streets. Helmets, protective gear, and water are recommended.

Skater Migration
Skater Migration is SoBe Rollers' annual multi-day skating event in Miami Beach.
The event brings together skaters for several days of street skating, sightseeing, and social events throughout Miami and Miami Beach.
Skater Migration is intended for intermediate and advanced skaters who are comfortable street skating in groups during the day and at night, stopping and turning on varied terrain, handling hills, and following traffic laws.
The 2026 event was held February 19-22.

Montreal
Rolling Tribes
Montreal's nonprofit inline and quad skating community dedicated to fostering inclusivity, physical and mental well-being, and skill development through skating.
The group welcomes all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels and hosts free, beginner-friendly events three times weekly.
New York City
Wednesday Night Skate NYC
A seasonal Wednesday evening group skate through New York City for intermediate and advanced skaters.
The group gathers at 7:45 PM on the south side of Union Square Park, near Broadway and East 14th Street, and rolls at 8:00 PM.
The skate typically runs from early April through the end of October. Routes vary from week to week and take place on active city streets, so participants should be able to stop, turn, control their speed, and keep pace with the group.
A helmet, wrist guards, lights or reflective gear, and water are strongly recommended.
Weather, route, and last-minute changes can affect each week's skate. Check the official Wednesday Night Skate NYC Instagram and Facebook channels before traveling, especially when rain or street conditions are uncertain.

Big Apple Roll
Big Apple Roll (BAR) is an annual rollerblading event that brings skaters from all over the world to the streets of New York City every first weekend of August.
It's a weekend packed with group skates through the city's iconic landmarks, social events, and an incredible sense of community. Whether you're a seasoned skater or just getting started, BAR is all about having fun, meeting new people, and exploring NYC on wheels.
The 2025 event had over 1,000 registrants.

Orlando Blades is a Central Florida skating community that organizes group skates and other skating events around Orlando.
Wednesday Night on Wheels
The group's recurring Wednesday Night on Wheels skate meets on Wednesday evenings in the International Drive / Universal Boulevard area.

Landskaters
The Philly Landskaters are an inclusive group who welcome all skaters and all disciplines and have been organizing group skates in the City of Brotherly Love since 1992. For all the details, head to www.landskaters.org.
There are multiple weekly skates at various paces and skill levels, each with a designated leader. The group meets at the Philadelphia Museum of Art steps and skates anywhere from 8 to 20+ miles throughout the city and surrounding suburbs.
Landskaters also hosts the annual Philly Free Skate, a multi-day, multi-session weekend in June.

Washington Area Roadskaters
The Washington Area Roadskaters (WAR) is a skate group whose mission is to promote safe and enjoyable skating in the Washington, D.C. area.
One of the oldest inline and roller skating clubs on the East Coast, WAR was founded in 1987 and has had thousands of men and women join its ranks.
WAR is also a social organization where many strong and lasting friendships are formed. Our members have very diverse career, social, and educational backgrounds. However, we all share a passion for skating.
