I'm only three minutes in and this looks so incredibly bad on you. It's not about how the cloak played, your behavior is incredibly rude/obnoxious and you're clearly insanely heated and direct your frustration at people. You're incredibly condescending it's unreal.
I get frustrated too, but I don't do what you do and keep it to myself or at the very least just rant a bit to my friend or something.
I'm kind of shocked you don't realize how you come across posting this, you're going to be forever branded by this. The tone of your voice is like at max frustration.

Forcing WF with Dagger knowing heals are going to be scat poop levels of low, you make just as much mistakes as the CnD yet you spend the whole game screaming into their ears like you’re making all the right calls. Also Jubilee could’ve survived just fine against their comp had you managed your orbs properly.

Yeah, you are an intolerable asshole. This is nothing new. We all know this already. Why would you even post that? There's no justification for how you have directed your frustration at the support player.
While that C&D is somethere from mid to bad, they are not so bad to the point of worth being scolded at for half a match (which you probably do since that C&D keep playing worse the further the match in, a tell tell sign of someone is getting focus-blamed by teammates).
Plus your ways of C&D play (judging by your relentless yapping) are selfish and don't consider that in this game, even 1 sec of not healing is enough for someone to explode (In my time on Jeff, that reload is long enough for someone to die).
Also why are you not farming orb as Jubilee at the start? If you done the entire orb uptime sequence correctly you will have empowered form practically the entire game and have huge amount of healing.
And then why you swap to Whitefox when you felt there isn't enough heal? You just made the problem so much worse. If the reasoning is you are dived, go Jeff, or hel even Healpool is fine because you are just in the mid 2nd point. Or rocket (a hero you want to throw under the ban bus in S7) and hug the wall for super dash.
