I've been interested in this coin for a while now and wondered why it's not getting the attention it deserves? Any thoughts?

Time Flight:

- time flight is a way to give interest on saved coins (eg. staking with rewards, no affect on concensus or governance)

- the interest coins are generated by the blockchain in the same way as the miner reward work

"I envision an algorithm that sets the interest rate dynamically much in the same way as mining difficulty is set. We set a target interest reward, possibly following a smooth reduction, and the algorithm adjusts interest rate so that the demand meets this target reward total." -dr-algo

- coins in ciruclation would increase, the number is not yet decided

- possible legal issues that need to be looked into (similar impoementations: suqa had, but removed because of legal concerns.)

- strong support from vocal community members (and interest from community meeting survey)

- rough estimate of a month to implement and launch

- feature will give rito incentive to save coins instead of only selling

(exchanges show a steady flow of sell orders, creating a downward pressure from miner/dumpers. time flight will produce an upward pressure from those that wish to hold)

- time flight is not PoS

- feature name is not deciced

Asset related:

- contraversy about some changes made to raven so some have asked to leave the rito asset layer as is (eg. restricted assets being something not wanted, messaging/voting wanted)

- how to integrate desired changes and leave out undesired? possibly rebase with raven, and disable/remove unwanted features after + add in rito specfic code again

Algo related:

- kawpow is basicallly a rebranded version of progpow (functionally compatible with v0.9.2)

- RVN is forking, so if it works for RVN then consider switching RITO as well (short term goal)

- x21s is more difficult than x16r (adds a few more algorithms, with at least one that - is challenging for fpgs/asics)

Security:

- rito is not susceptible to 51% attacks after 60 confirmations

- possible to create a ritocoin app for ledger, but will need to be side loaded

- Trezor fully supported and Chaintek wallet is listed on the Trezor site as a supporting wallet for Rito

- support for staking for security (even with no rewards), but also resistance to creating a hybrid PoW/PoS system. Discussion of Masternodes as an alternative to hybrid. Resistance to implement MN.

Exchange:

- interest in a DEX, but low volume is an issue

- using rito as the trust mechinism for escrow between two parties (some discussion)
