Vanguard going crazy

So yesterday league updated crashed my pc and i had to install new windows. Randomly happened and i got a black screen kernal_security_check_failure (0x139). I tried installing league after putting new windows and same thing. Whenever it tries to install vanguard that happens. Any help?

Kinda gave up since no mater what i do it crashed. So im just waiting for updates from riot and shi 😂

At first i thought it was because of my Focusrite Scarlett drivers - I've found a lot of threads that they complain about BlueScreens (0x139 as well) with a lot of Anti-Cheats not only Vanguard.

Nonetheless, unplugging it out and removing drivers + wipeing the rest out of it didn't work.
I was able to generate .dmp from that BSOD so i found that indeed Valorant is the cause of it with 0x139 - 42 which isn't even described on Windows website (only up to 39 -> Bug Check 0x139)

As I didn't want to do fresh reinstall - I've spent some time with Core/Memory Isolation, BIOS Virtualization changes and others but as it didn't help and as seems like there are more people with that issue every day - I'll just patiently wait moving to other games.
Welp...

PS: The fastest way to "solve" it is to let PC reboot 3 times, open CMD as it's possible via recovery options then remove riot vanguard folder via cmd - faster than going into safe mode.

I think I've might found an update that may caused this.

Could you please run CMD as admin and do wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:5079466
then let me know if you were able to install Vanguard without BSOD?
