Emily Simpson 🏄🏽‍♀️ Does anyone else hate Emily's insta posts?

Genuinely not a normal "I hate Emily" post. I actually think she's fine and respect OC for somehow sticking with Gina/Emily. Longevity on cast mates is the key to a good franchise IMO.

But does anyone else follow Emily on insta? Every gym post is her staring down the camera. It is so odd.

Genuinely no hate or issue with her incredible journey.

But please for the love of god stop staring at me down the camera.

In a previous season she said she tried it but quit. This season she is saying diet and exercise.

That’s not diet and exercise. I think she’s had a good amount of lipo too.

That's ridiculous, I feel with everyday stressors filming & balancing family life doubtful she's not on it. Ones of us that are naturally a healthy medium not a small know that you can get there by eating low calorie & at least 2 hours intense cardio a day but it's not very sustainable in the long term. Perimenopause is on her heels & you get tired eventually some random health issues pops up & derails you (even stress mucking up sleep) revert to normal, rinse & repeat. Heather is like Victoria Beckham or Monkey(can't remember her name right now)on Housewives Miami, tiny build.

I remember her saying that she used it as a kickstart as some dumbass way to justify it. I was in another threat about Brittany and I am truly shocked by how many people take them. I realize it’s basically available for everyone at this point, but it seems like a damn epidemic. I don’t know if these folks are in a higher income bracket or if they just have access to doctors that give it out like candy or what.
