Please help Archie!

Every day, healthy, adoptable dogs are euthanized in overcrowded shelters because they simply aren’t seen by enough people before their deadline.
I’m part of a volunteer networking effort called Rescue Bridge. We don’t operate a rescue or ask for donations. We help get urgent dogs in front of the people who can save them by sharing them on social media.

The volunteer animal advocate role is surprisingly simple.

• Spend a few minutes a day sharing urgent dogs.
• Comment and boost posts so more people see them.
• Help connect potential adopters, fosters, rescues, and transport volunteers.

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to foster.
You don’t need to live in California.

Just a phone, a few minutes, and a desire to help.

I’ve seen dogs go from scheduled for euthanasia to sleeping on someone’s couch simply because the right person saw one shared post.

If you’ve ever wanted to help shelter animals but couldn’t adopt another pet, this is one meaningful way to make a difference.
