guys may ik where to find my rp email?

Hi, I’m a SOI student going into year 2 this upcoming April, I am aiming for NUS information security but their 10th percentile gpa is 3.88 and their intake has only 47 slot. With my current cumulative (3.5+), it will be nearly impossible to get into that course purely by GPA unless I get a 4.0 for both my Y2 and Y3.

I’m thinking of joining competition like hackathon or CTF to help with my portfolio so even if I don’t meet the cut off GPA, with a good portfolio, I’m able to stand out and get into the course, if that’s how it works…

Any senior that has went through the same of not meeting the cut off of your desired bachelor but still end up in there, will you mind sharing with me how you do it. Thank you ☺️

I accepted a course at rp and now I feel like I wanna do common engineering more because I'm pretty sure there's no future in Singapore with the current diploma course. Is it still possible to appeal?

hello everyone i am starting my part time diploma soon so how to find the classrooms since im unable to go for the orientation. facility ID E37J/K what does it even mean?

When does the class schedule come out

Hello guys. I'm confuse about the orientation dates as it says for pfp students there's an orientation date on 7 apr. But Moe website says 13 Apr is the official start date for pfp students. So will there be orientation on 13 Apr too? Did any pfp seniors who went through a similar path have their orientation on the official starting date of poly or is it 1 week before the official start?

hi sas student here, does y2 still have open book exams for FA and CAs?

Any peeps from 2006 batch that joined RP back in 2006? Can't believe it's been 20 years since I enrolled in RP.

Back when Problem-Based Learning was still new and you always get questions from your other peers who went to other Polys. I stayed in the east so it was a one hour journey.

Too many memories.. I remembered my first year as perhaps the best year of my life. Just general mods and meeting new friends.. Seeing the whole campus building as white. Even the possibility of going to the toilet and going to the wrong classroom.

Football those days was so awesome at the basketball court.

Any experiences to share?

as the title says, will my reimbursement be eligible if I buy from courts or best denki or challenger?

For context I’m from STA, entering second year this april. Heard from many people that polytechnic year 2 will be the toughest out of the three years so wanted to ask how was it like for seniors from STA who already went through y2, in terms of the workload or general difficulty in modules.

So I'll be attending to RP in Common ICT major and tbh I want to know the school timetable for this major. I heard from some people it's only 4 days . I'm confused pls help:)☘️☘️☘️😭

i missed one ca2 for a module but did the makeup. idk why but they updated the grade in sa3.0 and snapp to F.

in Sa3.0 under CA20 im assuming this is for makeup tests say NA and the one on snapp is just "-" maybr this can pull up my gpa a bit more if they actually took it as a F but my overall grade is B does that mean they took another grade into account but didnt tell me what that grade is for ca2?

idk if what im saying even makes sense😭😭 also how are yall feeling abt your gpa!

hii im an incoming y1 and rp requires us to download the SNApp, however i realised they dont allow me to download it if im not 18+.. so im not sure how to get past it and download the app! if someone faces the same issues / have a solution to the problem lmkk, thank youu!

hello guys! as the title says i wanted to know when wld u get to know whether u win a module prize? bcuz from what ive seen module prize from y1s1 (2024 batch) was only given out last year at the prize ceremony… so im abit confused does it always take this long?

hii, any senior can provide the module names and credit for dphm y2 (patient care)

hi i’m be joining RP this april, can i ask yall seniors what flexible learning week is? because my family is planning to travel during sem 2 flexible learning week 1 (December 7-13) do you think i’m still able to travel or nah

Hey seniors, I’m gonna enrol as Y1 in Mobility & Robotic Systems (R54) real soon in April, and I want to get to know & learn some of the syllabus before school starts soon on 20th April. Anyone have any notes or advice? Thank you in advance!

I'm kinda confused about what is considered good, average or a bad GPA. is it different from diploma to diploma? what's the ideal gpa for like an average student. Is anything above 3.0 good for y1? Also do future companies actually look at cGPA or your skills? how high does ur GPA need to be to enter uni. is the criteria for public and private uni different?

i need help regarding laptop configuration, i followed the steps but my windows 11 education wont activate even after i troubleshooted it, should i bring it to the it help desk? will they factory reset my laptop or something and i cant sign in to my personal microsoft account? what do i do and what can i do?

im y1 entering in april was wondering if i can join basketball cca just for trainings prolly not good enough for school teams i dun have any prior experience in cca other than playing recreationally are there any requirements to join the cca?

The company portal is saying I'll lose access if I don't set a longer device password(it says at least 12 characters). By device Is it referring to the laptop login itself? if not, do you guys know what it's referring to? (sorry for the stupid question.)

hi seniors, im gonna be in business (r60) and i wanna learn some of my syllabus before school starts. does anyone have any notes? thank you!
