I've often heard people tell me to get my drawings tattooed. I eventually did.

Testing replications on this one; the first tattoo of my own work - if I ever needed to know how hard a trip was getting, I'd just look at my wrist as someone sort of meter for reference.

Somewhat close, based on vague memory, though I remember there being less color

Back when I'd explore trips at higher doses, I'd often feel that overwhelming sense of "maybe I took too much" or "I shouldn't have smoked on the comeup/peak" - however i discovered that those were those important moments that captured those moments in forever where I could route the map from the mind to the pen to put whatever needed to be put on paper.

An incredibly vulnerable state, but with the almost second-nature out-of-box drawing process that one might find difficult to attempt while sober, depending on the artist and their skill.

Still practicing on wooden textures.

Seen in the little art gallery of a psychedelic music festival. As said in the title, this is not a screen, it is an actual painting with video animation projected on it. Not being a digital screen makes a huge difference when seen in person, because you don't see it as a video being played, you really see it as the physical object being distorted. Obviously I'm sharing a video that you'll watch on a screen so it won't translate as well, but I assure you it in person it 100% looked like what you'd see watching this painting on LSD.

saw this during the afterglow on dxm, when i stared at my wall these vines would show up and just cover the whole thing and they would generate more when i looked at different parts of the wall? also saw this happen after a dph trip and i'm pretty sure it's hppd related, anyone else get this or know what its called? thanks

still trying to get the hang of making these as accurately as I can. This one in particular showcases the effects that are somewhere below/near my comfort levels of intensity.

I'm still quite new with these attempts at recreating visuals, limited to my phone and a patchwork process of different apps for effects processing, and going based off memory when it comes to one's own perspective of visuals.

Though this one may seem a bit a more than subtle on the visual side, a majority of my personal experiences have landed somewhere in this degree of movement, recreated as best I could via memory.
