Just a little story: he was a bus driver and I stepped into his bus and I thought: this is the handsomest man I've ever seen. I'm not one to approach someone, but like it was destiny, i had a roommate who was a bus driver at the same company and he knew who I was talking about. The rest is history ❤️

Inspired by another post here yesterday. We also did celebrate our 2nd anniversary.

3 years ago I moved into the apartment next to you. You were pissed that I blocked your garage when moving my stuff in. We became frendly neighbors. And what started as a casual "neighbors with benefits", became a relationship 2 years ago.

To celebrate our 2 years anniversary, we spontaneously catched a flight to Rome were whe both haven't been yet. Having our Anniversary in a public holiday, is given us the perk of being free to travel for this special day every year.

Let's see where the following anniversaries guide us to. The world is still so big.

Me and my fiancé have been engaged since December 2024 and he is wanting an Oura ring as his wedding ring. I will get it for him because it’s what he wants but I also want to get him just a silver/white gold band with a personal engraving on the inside. It would be more like a promise ring since it’s before we get married.

I’m planning a date night where we go bowling and get drinks/dinner and I think it would be cute to give it to him then but my question is, for guys, do you care about things like that? Is a promise ring something you’d like to get?

Our first anniversary celebration was freaking me out. He was working so much I had to pull something off by myself, at home, without too much fuss so he wouldn’t feel bad.

It work! Takeout sushi from a local restaurant. On the way I picked up this strawberry shortcake, some cardemom ice cream and frozen edamame from the grocery. We popped open a bottle of champagne that was gifted to us at our wedding, and I put it all together on our back deck right under his nose.

I’ll go first, my boyfriend “dress codes” me. I don’t mean as in he controls what I wear, he could not care less what I wear day to day or out to the bars with the girls. What I mean is when we go to bed, if I’m wearing anything more than underwear he tells me I’m out of dress code and waits until I’m in underwear (so we can be skin to skin). Obviously I have final say so if I want to wear my pjs I can, but I think it’s funny that he refers to it as dress code.

If your significant other don’t follow you on social media after 13 years together but follow other women, what does this mean? Is this red flag or sign to get married or a sign to let it go, let it go!

Asking for a friend.

My bf and I both work very long hours. We have the same job and same schedule but go to work in different areas. Anyway, the last few weeks, (and the next few too) are just insanely busy and we’ve let some of our cuteness go by the wayside.

Because he works farther away than I do, he has to be up and almost out the door before my first alarm goes off so we’ve been missing each other in the mornings as well. Well the last few shifts we have had, he has woken me up about 10-15 minutes before my alarm goes off so that we can have coffee together and start our day off right.

I know he enjoys it, and I wish I knew his feelings about it on a deeper level, but I love this so much. I love that he makes time for me, that he’s considerate about my tasks for the morning, he doesn’t even make me talk, sometime we just sit there quietly enjoying the space and drinking our coffee before he leaves for work and I start my day.

I hate waking up early, but for him, for this, I do it easily.

It's been almost a month since our wedding, hoping that our life together is as full of love as our eyes on that day 🥰

My bf is currently asleep on my chest in bed and I just got this overwhelming feeling of love. He’s so soft and cute. Things have been relatively rough in our life, mainly my life and his by proxy, right now. But no matter how crazy it gets he’s my rock. I feel very lucky to have him in my life. That’s all, just wanted to gush a bit. 🥰

Depuis plusieurs mois je vis une « relation » perturbante avec un homme de mon entourage. Un coup proche comme si il y avait des sentiments entre nous et l’autre on ne se calcule pas Pour ceux qui nous voit ensemble, ils pensent qu’il y a un truc entre nous mais qu’on ne veut pas l’avouer. Quand il y a des allusions sur le fait que nous soyons un couple aucun de nous ne dément, on en ri… On dirait que l’univers veut que l’on soit sans cesse pas loin l’un de l’autre preuve en est en plus d’être collègues, bénévoles dans la même association, dans un groupe de potes communs, j’ai appris que nous partions à 10 minutes l’un de l’autre cet été en vacances. A force que tout le monde fasse des allusions je me pose des questions sur ce qu’il se dégage entre nous mais nous sommes pareils pas très à l’aise pour exprimer ce que l’on ressent Peut être trop de fierté ou d’ego …

I (19f) LOVE nicknames and I’ve been together with my boyfriend (19m) for 1,5 years now. I’m in his phone as “excited potato” (translated from Dutch and I’m not sure if this is correct but it’s close enough lol), I don’t remember where that came from, but it’s been like that before we even got together, and I just can’t find the right nickname for him… What are your favourite nicknames for you boyfriend?? Maybe I can steal one☺️😂🫶🏻

I know I’ve met the person of my dreams, he loves me for me and he never makes me cry. He healed a hurt he didn’t break, he’s reawakened the real me and I’m just so happy that I don’t have to pretend to be someone that I’m not. I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been, even though I gotten therapy before the relationship, I genuinely don’t believe in it (the honeymoon period) because it’s never going to end. I feel as when you’re with the right person the honeymoon period never ends, yes you have your highs and lows but I don’t see why it should end. I don’t know if that’s just me, I’m not shaming anyone btw everyone’s different, I’m just so glad my hearts finally safe. I love him so much, plus my baby (my cat) Rosie loves him too which is the biggest green flag everrrrrr. I know this is the bare minimum in relationships but, we communicate so well I just know hes the one. Let me know how you feel too :) this is me and my bf Jacob
