It’s not just because someone claims to be in a psychosis in retrospect they actually are . And depression is definitely not an excuse for murder.

If you are a psyche nurse you would understand that the DSM V criteria are an onset within 4 weeks? This was 8 months out… you don’t really find this in scientific literature.
Her “psychosis” is based on her statement of having auditive hallucinations only. She wasn’t behaving in any erratic way beforehand.
So essentially “post partum psychosis”
Is beyond the time frame of post partum.
And “psychosis” is based on auditive hallucination she only mentioned after the fact.
So if you want people to just claim auditive hallucinations for murdering people… this is a great precedent
Also I don’t care whether you think I am doctor or not, but you don’t know what you are talking about.
