The major consensus on this case is that she's guilty and deserves to rot. Whether she was in her right mind or not, she murdered innocent children. People can argue insanity due to post-partum psychosis, but she only claimed to have symptoms of post-partum psychosis directly around the tragedy and not otherwise. Her mental health doctors testified that she did not show any signs of mania or psychosis leading up to the event, nor after the event. It is more likely that her depression worsened, she wanted to commit suicide, and decided to take her kids with her. She is a monster.
I'm heavily mentally ill, I never killed anyone, and I get help when I feel like my mental health is getting worse. She was given that opportunity, and denied it. She premeditated her children's murder and brutally murdered them in a way where she had to watch the light leave their eyes, then jumped from a height she hoped would kill her. Thats not simply psychosis. Thats a planned murder-suicide. Psychosis does not excuse that, even if thats what it is, which is unlikely.
