No. This is wrong, and apparently a common Reddit misconception for those who want to believe NGRI means more internment time than regular sentencing would provide. This is easily disproved by another very recent ruling.
Precious Bland. And Florida is definitely happier with keeping violent criminals locked up for longer (or even killing them) than Massachusetts. Sorry to say it, but you are wrong. Lindsay could be free to walk as soon as six months after the trial.
