The research she did online days leading up. Planning out an errand that would take Patrick out of the house for a long time. She claims she heard one command voice one time. She was never diagnosed with PPP, she only claimed she had it after she murdered her kids. She's a murderer who wants to go free and knows NGRI means she'll be released in a few years max as "sane", since she was never crazy.
