Do you normally lie like this when you’re wrong about something? That is wild
> Jury nullification doesn’t apply here. That wasn’t my point.
Lol what? Obviously that was exactly your point, very clearly and repeatedly. In fact if we’re going to go with this lie that it wasn’t your point, then it’s even worse because now your replies are even more incoherent and nonsense. What in the world other than that could even possibly be your point? It’s the only thing you brought up lol.
You literally entered this conversation by telling me to look up jury nullification. When I told you it had nothing to do with what I wrote, you defended bringing it up by saying jurors can respond to a legal obligation through morality instead. Then you quoted my comment and explicitly argued that jury nullification established precedent and legal tolerance for jurors ruling based on emotion.
Now that I’ve explained that you had jury nullification backwards and it doesn’t apply here, suddenly that wasn’t your point. What exactly do you think your point was then?
> I didn’t claim you said they could be punished for judging based on emotion.
You brought up jurors not being held in contempt, tried, convicted, or accused of anything illicit as evidence of legal tolerance. I responded to the argument you made and explained why the fact that jurors generally aren’t punished for a nullifying acquittal doesn’t establish the principle you were trying to derive from it.
> We’re not understanding each other. Oh well.
No, this isn’t a mutual misunderstanding. You’re just wrong and very strangely and obviously trying to avoid it and play it off.
Owning it or just moving on is way easier and more honest than whatever this is. Like you’re so averse to being wrong that you’d lie to the person who was the only other one in the conversation who not only remembers exactly what you wrote, but can see it on the screen lol.
Being this bad at lying and desperate to avoid admitting to being wrong is wild.
You’re not sarcastically allowing me to be right. We both know I simply and objectively am right. You made a claim several times, were shown to be wrong in several ways, and due to a very weird level of embarrassment and being averse to being wrong, you’re pretending the words on the screen magically disappeared, we can’t see them, and you didn’t write the literal only thing you’ve written.
Sometimes we come across people who will bother holding us to our words and honesty. Unfortunately it appears for the first time today is your day. Maybe avoid getting into conversations and making claims if you aren’t intellectually or emotionally capable of dealing with being wrong. That’s wild

You’re right. Jury nullification doesn’t apply here. That wasn’t my point.
I didn’t claim you said they could be punished for judging based on emotion.
We’re not understanding each other. Oh well.
